Javier, the guidance applies to all BSP‑supervised financial institutions (BSFIs) and their outsourced service providers.

STARS: The Five Principles

· Sustainability – AI systems must be environmentally efficient, human‑centered, and deliver “materially beneficial” value to the financial ecosystem
